TAP Co.,Ltd. is founded in 1987.
It is a company that performs "development" "introduction" "maintenance" front system, reservation management system and all other necessary system for hotel.
The TAP system is highly customizable to meet the needs of each hotel
We steadily expanded market share and now about 700 facilities use our system nationwide.
It is used by 41 major hotels in Okinawa such as The Terrace Hotels and Kanucha Resort Okinawa.
It is estimated that there will be about 1000 facilities use our system by 2020.
We are proud of our expertise that are accumulated in the past 30 years, and our top market share.

The hotel system must not be stopped for any reason once the system started running, thus maintenance is very important.
TAP’s maintenance management department is not just a call center business.
We are familiar with all updated hotel systems and we respond to inquiries and troubles from customers (hotels) in Japan and overseas,
Also, we lead to a quick solution in cooperation with system engineers.

"Toward overseas deployment"
We now introduce our system to overseas hotels. Therefore, we are looking for people who can develop system for oversea customers. Meanwhile, we are globalizing our company by developing systems for overseas and employing foreign staff.

We are focusing on improving our employee’s language skills to improve the support of increasing overseas customers.
We offer small group English training session by native English speaker instructors.
Besides English conversation for daily communication, we use actual TAP system to learn all the necessary vocabularies and possible conversations for work.

Furthermore, with the aim of motivating employees to improve their academic ability,
to employees who scored 700 points or more in TOEIC, we pay basic wages + 20,000 yen as a qualification allowance for two years.
We continue to pay if the employee could still score 700 points or higher in TOEIC after two years.

There is a department in TAP specializing in research and development using various advanced technologies such as AI (artificial intelligence) and data analysis.

Everyone goes to work with their own fashion style.

Since TAP operate 24 hours a day, there is no assigned personal desk. Everyone works on a shift work. We log in to the vacant seat and start work.
There is no dress code for engineers and customer support staffs since they do not have to talk to customers face to face.

Also, it is easy to access to the executive committee members at TAP, and all the voices of the workplace are easy to be transmitted to the top.

TAP's hotel system is highly specialized and keeps changing according to customer's needs,
studying is necessary every day regardless of years of experiences.
We have great training system, salary level, and welfare benefits, so even though employees are mostly starting from inexperience, there are no graduates quits in the past three years.
As for employment, we also conduct company tours and detailed explanations of work content in advance. This prevent mismatch happens between job position and skills.
